6 Tips For Using Ultrasonic Cleaning Solution

6 Tips for using ultrasonic cleaning solution:

1.Solutions are mostly used warm, at about 50–65 °C (122–149 °F), however, in medical applications it is generally accepted that cleaning should be at temperatures below 38 °C (100 °F) to prevent protein coagulation.

2.Filter the solution. Filters, typically cartridge filters, are used to remove solids as small as 50 microns in size.

3.Change the cleaning solution periodically. Cleaning solutions can become contaminated with suspended soil particles which coat the tank bottom. This coating dampens the ultrasonic action and reduces cleaning efficiency. Certain solutions will cavitate better than others.Contact your local distributor for further information.

4.Some items may be damaged when increasing the chemical activity of cleaning solutions. When in doubt, test run samples of items to be cleaned.

5.Solution amounts may vary. The amount you use depends on the detergent and the type of soil to be removed. Follow instructions on the solution container and refer to the table below for the effects of solutions on metals.

6.Some chemicals will harm your ultrasonic tank and the action of
ultrasonics and higher operating temperatures will increase their chemical activity. you can consult your seller to make sure that the cleaning solutions is safe for your tank material.or you will void your warranty.
