Troubleshooting for ultasonic cleaner:

If your ultrasonic cleaner got some trouble like the table showing below you can follow this table we suggest to find the solutions

Problem	Reason	Solution
The cleaner is not working	1.Cleaner not plugged in properly. 2.Mechanical timer is OFF 3.POWER switch is OFF. 4.Start button malfunctioning. 5.Blown fuse.	1.Plug into functioning electrical outlet 2.Turn on the timer. 3.Press power switch ON. if 4 and 5 ,you should call the service center.
Cleaner operates but does not heat solution	1.Heater is off or is not set 2.Heater malfunctions or membranemalfunctioning.	1. Turn on the heater. 2.you should call the service center.
Clogged drain	1. waster solution clogged the drain	1.call the service center
Cleaner operates but does notmaintain set temperature	1.Malfunctioning heater orsensor components.	1.call the service center
Cleaner operates butdisplay does not function.	1.timer board malfunctioning.	1.call the service center
Decreased ultrasonic activity.	1.Solution is not degassed. 2.Solution is spent. 3.Solution level is incorrect for load. 4.Tank bottom is covered with soil particles. 5.Using deionized water in the tank	1.Make sure that tank was filled with warm tap water plus cleaning solution and has run 5-10 minutes. 2.Change solution. 3.Adjust solution to within 3/8 inch of the tank’s operating level line with load. 4.clean tank with warm water. Wipe with a cloth. 5.Deionized water does not cavitate as actively as soapy tap water.
